Ok, so it's not the plug-in-and-upload device of Sci-Fi dreams but the nice people at the Fraunhofer Institute have made a nice little "brain to computer" interface device that translates the user's thoughts into cursor movements on a computer. Don't mind the wires... Doctor's orders...
